1. Online Classes (Batch Courses)
- Cancellations up to 7 days before the batch start date → Full refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days of start date → 50% refund.
- Once classes have begun, no refunds will be issued.
2. Consultations
- Cancellations up to 48 hours before the appointment → Full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours → 50% refund.
- No refund for missed/no-show sessions.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Customer Grievance Redressal
- Send an email to 📧 jaatakam.info@gmail.com
- Include: Name, Email, Service booked, Issue description.
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.
- A resolution will be provided within 5-7 business days.
5. Shipping Policy
- As all our services are delivered online (via Zoom), no physical shipping is applicable.
